此款香檳全部使用香檳區特級園的初榨汁(cuvee)調合。
採用白丘的夏娜及漢思山區的黑皮諾，以各50%的比例釀造，
故能得到絕佳香檳所應有之優雅和結構，
適合即時享用或長期儲存。
銀光般淡黃色澤亮麗展現，氣泡細緻持久，果香柔雅清新，
聲音清脆悅耳，精美滑嫩的奶油幕斯似的口感，
略帶接骨木花(elderflower)白色花卉芳香及輕微地肉桂香，
洋溢濃郁柑橘果味，隨後帶入濃厚甜味，
令人聯想到白桃於糖醬中之味道，後韻悠長，令人印象特別深刻。
