採用白丘的夏娜及漢思山區的黑皮諾,以各50%的比例釀造,
故能得到絕佳香檳所應有之優雅和結構,
適合即時享用或長期儲存。
銀光般淡黃色澤亮麗展現,氣泡細緻持久,果香柔雅清新,
聲音清脆悅耳,精美滑嫩的奶油幕斯似的口感,
略帶接骨木花(elderflower)白色花卉芳香及輕微地肉桂香,
洋溢濃郁柑橘果味,隨後帶入濃厚甜味,
令人聯想到白桃於糖醬中之味道,後韻悠長,令人印象特別深刻。
