葡萄園：主要來自科爾德斯特里姆(Coldstream)的Carr葡萄園，一部分來自伊林酒莊葡萄園。
葡萄藤齡：15-25年，採開放式發酵，酒液於法國橡木桶中熟成18個月(新桶及使用1至5年內的舊橡木桶)；泡皮及發酵時間皆為10至14天。
深紫色寶石色澤，飄散藍莓、木梨及李子香氣。
富含肉豆蔻、八角、丁香及濃郁的烤橡木味的氣息。
酒體結構由黑色水果及香料構成，點綴著些許紫色花香，
細緻的單寧及明亮的酸度讓人印象深刻，尾韻綿長鮮明。
