這款酒取名自在傭兵戰爭(Mercenary Wars)期間，
所保護的Poblet修道院城牆。
莫瑞爾大城牆擁有多石的板岩土壤，用來培育該葡萄園的葡萄品種。
多利士家族運用現代的葡萄栽培技術，
復育瀕臨絕種的原生葡萄品種，
諸如Garró與Samsó，並結合其他紅葡萄品種，
如Garnacha、Mazuelo及Monastrell，
釀造出此款獨一無二的葡萄酒。
強烈的深紅色澤帶紫色光采，異國情調香味與複雜性，
突顯了這款酒良好的集中度與豐富的酒體。
伴隨著香料(胡椒、丁香)、灌木(百里香)，
與成熟紅色莓果(小紅莓、紅醋栗)的暗香，
輔以煙燻、香草與薰香香氣，風味十分與眾不同。
單寧濃郁甜美，蘊含辛香的水果香氣，餘韻完好悠長。
非常適合搭配肉類料理，
如烤肉、地中海燉肉佐番茄、胡椒醬，
或傳統香草及辛香料 (百里香、奧勒岡葉、迷迭香、羅勒、月桂葉、胡椒)
所烹調之菜色。
