路易佳鐸在1996 年買下賈各城堡，
賈各城堡位於風車磨坊特級村莊，
在Fleurie 和Chenas 之間，
有27 公頃葡萄園，土壤為花崗岩。
風車磨坊特級村莊的酒現被譽為「薄酒萊之王」，
可說是最有頂級布根地風采的薄酒萊紅酒。
特色:
地理位置和土壤組成都和金丘地區不太相同，
這就是為什麼薄酒萊紅酒只用加美葡萄釀造。
釀造:
在封閉大桶內釀造並淋汁，接著在橡木桶中熟成6 個月，
部分葡萄有進行去梗。
保存方式:
如果有適當的貯藏條件，可陳年10年甚至更久。
這是一款酒體飽滿有勁的薄酒萊紅酒，
豐醇肥美的口感與悠長的餘韻
比其他薄酒萊級數莊園更為優異。
出色的架構與品質保存了水果氣息，
經過瓶陳會更加成熟醇美。
