精選最優質的葡萄做壓榨，並在溫控不銹鋼槽中以攝氏28度進行8天的發酵與不間斷的淋皮。
帶皮發酵為期了8天左右，在不銹鋼槽中的乳酸發酵，賦予了他絲絨般的質地與結構。
深紅寶石色澤裝點著石榴色的陰影。
在優雅平衡的酒體中伴隨著一股杏仁、油墨、櫻桃、辛香料及黑巧克力的香氣，尾韻帶有一絲皮革氣息。
