酒款故事
杜卡爾精選酒款首次釀造於1927年，
以向喜愛這款酒的Aosta公爵致敬。
20年後，露飛諾酒廠釀造了第一款杜卡爾精選"金牌"紅酒，
慶祝非凡的1947年份。
杜卡爾精選"金牌"紅酒僅在特別年份生產，
使這款酒擁有足夠的陳年潛力。
選用位於捷安提Castellina村莊中心，
露飛諾酒廠的精選葡萄園—Gretole和Santedame莊園。
釀造方式
杜卡爾精選"金牌"紅酒採用精心挑選的葡萄製成，
在倒罐和換桶法的幫助下，
酒精發酵和浸漬於溫控的不銹鋼槽中進行21天。
乳酸發酵在混凝土槽中進行，陳釀約36個月，
前12個月在混凝土槽中陳釀，
隨後在斯洛維尼亞橡木桶中陳年12個月，
最後12個月則在使用了4以上的橡木桶中陳釀，
且裝瓶陳放至少3個月。
帶有石榴石色調的紅寶石色澤，
櫻桃、李子和紫羅蘭的濃郁香氣脫穎而出，
發展出複雜的香氣，隱含一絲桉樹、巧克力和黑胡椒的味道。
這款酒結構令人驚豔，單寧優柔，酸度適中，
餘韻悠長、帶有令人愉悅的甜煙草味，並讓人想起李子和香脂的清香。
適合配以傳統義大利菜餚，
如經典的佛羅倫斯大牛排、波羅那肉醬義大利麵、
野豬肉、帕馬森烤茄子等都相當合適，
與碳烤肋眼、烘烤蔬菜等也都相當搭配。
