酒款故事
Catena系列為家族第四代 - Laura Catena女士
和首席釀酒師 - Alejandro Vigil先生,
特別挑選來自高山葡萄園的葡萄所釀製而成,
具有10~20年的陳年潛力。
歷經幾十年研究與發掘門多薩地區的高山風土,
Catena家族對於其歷史悠久的葡萄園地塊,
擁有非常詳盡的認識,透過使用來自不同地塊的優秀葡萄,
釀造出擁有平衡、集中度良好且具有獨特品種風味的傑出酒款。
釀造方式
於不鏽鋼槽中發酵14天,而後泡皮20~23天。
使用野生酵母,並再橡木桶中熟成12個月。
因葡萄園或年份的不同,
會採用新的或使用過二次、三次的橡木桶。
豐沛的黑醋栗與黑櫻桃風味充滿口中,
活潑的水果風味伴隨些許的單寧,
尾韻綿延。
