酒款故事
Catena系列為家族第四代 - Laura Catena女士
和首席釀酒師 - Alejandro Vigil先生，
特別挑選來自高山葡萄園的葡萄所釀製而成，
具有10~20年的陳年潛力。
歷經幾十年研究與發掘門多薩地區的高山風土，
Catena家族對於其歷史悠久的葡萄園地塊，
擁有非常詳盡的認識，透過使用來自不同地塊的優秀葡萄，
釀造出擁有平衡、集中度良好且具有獨特品種風味的傑出酒款。
釀造方式
於攝氏8.8度下冷浸漬長達5天，以萃取香氣；
酒精發酵12天後，進行泡皮約19~22天。
使用野生酵母發酵，於橡木桶中熟成12個月；
因葡萄園或年份的不同，採用新桶或使用過二次、三次的橡木桶。
集中度良好、風味優雅的紅酒，帶有些許礦物質氣息；
酒體飽滿，單寧絲滑，帶有藍色水果風味與些許鹹鮮味。
結構良好緊實。
