部份酒液於橡木桶中進行乳酸發酵,
酒液與酒泥熟成10個月,每月定期進行攪桶。
風味豐富、複雜度極高的白葡萄酒。
散發富士蘋果、焦糖奶油、檸檬塔的香氣。
於橡木桶中發酵賦予酒款柔順的香草、海綿蛋糕和烘烤辛香料的芬芳。
酒體飽滿,口感豐富,質地如奶酪、奶油般柔順。
部份酒液乳酸發酵使酒款酸度柔和卻不失新鮮、活潑。
