壓榨後的葡萄酒液經過五天的低溫浸泡後，
在攝氏23度~30度的不銹鋼槽裡發酵，
並浸皮10~28天。
酒液於法國橡木桶（63%為新桶）中熟成28個月。
深沉的紅寶石色澤，
散發濃郁的黑莓、黑醋栗和甜黑櫻桃芬芳，
伴隨黑莓果醬、烤吐司、松露可可粉、肉桂和丁香的香氣。
層次豐富的橡木桶辛香料風味和諧交融，
帶有一絲菸草與灌木叢的氣息，
增添了酒款的複雜性。
酒體飽滿，單寧結構良好，
悠長的尾韻帶有令人感到愉悅的水果風味。
