Bosche葡萄園位於美國加州那帕谷的Rutherford Bench產區，
擁有非常深厚的礫石土層；
園內有一條季節性河流經過，
使得此區在春天時的地下水位較高，
在葡萄藤發芽時能夠提供充足的水份與養份。
當葡萄進入轉色期時，水位下降，
使葡萄藤能夠集中發育果實，
果實因而擁有濃郁集中的黑色水果風味。

壓榨後的汁液經過五天的低溫浸泡後，
於攝氏23度~ 30度的不銹鋼槽裡發酵，
並浸皮10~28天，
酒液於法國橡木桶中(60%為新桶)熟成28個月。
 

極深的紅寶石色澤，
帶有黑櫻桃、黑莓、黑櫻桃與黑醋栗香氣，
擁有豐富的層次與複雜性。
橡木桶為酒款增添了明顯的甜辛香料風味，
如：肉桂香、丁香、雪松香、雪茄菸盒與黑可可粉。
濃郁、豐厚的深色櫻桃與加州李子風味優雅且性感迷人，
酒體飽滿、酸度平衡、單寧結構良好，
悠長的尾韻帶有香甜的水果風味。
 

適合搭配燉牛肉、羊排、起司等料理。
