酒款故事
白石夏多娜白酒的葡萄來自園內第一區Block 1的27列葡萄藤,
「白石」之名源於遍佈土壤上的白色橢圓石頭。
安德瑞娜葡萄園位於Tupungato省Gualtallary產區,海拔約1,450公尺。
貧瘠的碎石土壤防止葡萄藤根部深入地底生長,
並提供良好排水性,讓葡萄藤處於嚴苛的生長條件。
涼爽的夜晚使葡萄能夠緩慢成熟,保留最理想的酸度,產量極低。
釀造方式
在不鏽鋼槽中、攝氏6度的條件下靜置12小時,接著於法國橡木桶中發酵45~95天,溫度控制在攝氏16度。
進行攪桶,部分酒液進行乳酸發酵。於使用過2次、3次、4次的舊法國橡木桶中熟成12~16個月。
這款白石夏多娜白酒帶有更多的礦物氣息。
酒精濃度略高卻擁有非常良好的酸度,酒體結構相當平衡且圓潤。
陳年於橡木桶並與酒花接觸後,
展現出新鮮的柑橘、辛香料及咖哩的風味。
其酸度及鹹感的尾韻讓葡萄酒的口感更加鮮明。
