波斯克城堡可以說是聖愛斯台夫產區最經典的城堡之一，
自1995年開始由杜道酒廠經營，葡萄園位於礫石坡頂上，
Gironde河口的美景竟收眼底
(鄰近列級酒莊Château Calon Ségur)，
具有聖愛斯台夫產區中最有特色的風土條件。
二次人工的”綠色採收”
(移除多餘的果串讓葡萄風味更濃縮、
移除過多的葉子讓以利通風與日照)，
採收時全部以人工採收並以小型提籃盛裝。
使用傳統的釀造方式，
不同區塊的葡萄分批於溫控槽中發酵。
陳年於橡木桶中12~15個月
波斯克城堡紅酒風格高雅，展現出熟成莓果、
新鮮的黑色漿果與些許烘焙咖啡的醇香。
單寧適中，果味濃郁豐富，酒體結構完整，餘韻迷人綿長。
