喜樂尼酒廠之名取自希臘神話中，常與酒神戴歐尼修斯聚一起的森林之神喜樂尼為典故。
每當有值得慶祝的事情時，祂們總會齊同歡慶，鼓勵大家共賞美酒佳餚。以此為名的喜樂尼酒廠，釀造出品質高超、風味絕佳的葡萄酒。
葡萄在最佳成熟度下採收後，去梗、輕榨出汁，接著在不銹鋼槽中發酵以保持自然的水果風味，經與酒泥發酵後，釀造出富有質地的佳釀。
成熟多汁的核果、梨子與柑橘香氣，伴隨一絲香料的風味，
酸度均衡、尾韻悠長。
適合搭配海鮮料理、烤雞與香氣濃郁的羅勒青醬義大利麵。
