列級酒莊第5級的貝兒葛拉芙城堡
位於Haut-Medoc(上梅多克)產區的St Lawrence鎮，
與Saint-Julien(聖朱利安)邊界只有一溪之隔，
是區內歷史最悠久的酒莊之一。
1979年杜道酒廠收購了貝兒葛拉芙城堡，
並隨即重新裝備所有現代化釀酒及陳酒設施
以符合這等級的最高標準。隨後改善葡萄園之品質，
效果不久便展現無遺，1995年法國最具影響力的餐廳指南
Gault et Millau認為貝兒葛拉芙已超越其分級排名，
更被Hachette Wine Guide以連續3年份1989, 1990及1991
評為最佳選購酒。
現在貝兒葛拉芙城堡紅酒已在Haut-Medoc(上梅多克)產區中
找到自我，並以其卓越酒質重返領導品牌行列。
貝兒葛拉芙城堡在早期為法王路易十四世貴族
打獵休息的住所，為了紀念此段歷史，
在酒標上可見雪貂在其皇冠下，
也因此將二軍酒款命名為Diane de Belgrave。
根據葡萄採收自每個地塊的特點，於發酵前進行低溫浸漬。
在酒精發酵的過程中，每天分批進行1到3次淋皮和(或)1次踩皮，
而部分乳酸發酵則在桶中進行。
部分地窖經過全面翻修，
配備了最新的高性能設備來控制相對濕度和溫度，
達到了高度現代化的標準。
部分酒液與酒泥一起熟成，於橡木桶中陳年12至14個月以保留香氣。
酒體為近乎黑色的深邃色澤，
帶有成熟的黑醋栗、深色水果的香氣與極新鮮的薄荷味交織。
完美平衡的口感展現出既新鮮又成熟的典型年份特徵。
酒體如鐘聲般明亮，純淨且細膩，
且擁有醇厚、細緻、如絲綢般柔滑的單寧。
這款風格強烈的紅酒以悠長、果味豐富、和諧的風味作為收尾。
