貝林格酒廠創立自 1876 年以來，已成為加州那帕產區的代表，
以那帕最佳的園區釀出最優質的酒款，是加州歷史最悠久的酒廠。
以不同價位帶滿足全球各地的消費者，
進入亞洲市場後更被廣泛用來搭配中菜，
有「最適合與中餐搭配的葡萄酒」之美譽。
知名酒評家羅伯‧帕克(Robert Parker)表示：
「除了貝林格酒廠，我無法想出其他的酒廠，
能讓我為他們充裕的產品線及優良的品質嘖嘖稱奇！」
班克羅夫特單一園位於豪威爾山產區，海拔高度為1,800英尺，
擁有排水良好的白色凝灰岩火山土壤，
使得豪威爾山在1984年成為第一個在美國加州那帕谷的法定產區(AVA)，
也因此產出風味獨特的葡萄。
班克羅夫特單一園生產薄皮且小粒的果實，釀造出風味集中且酒體結構良好的葡萄酒。
高海拔的班克羅夫特葡萄園比地面溫度還要5-10度(華氏溫度)，
但由於地理位置在雲霧帶之上而能受到長時間的日照，
同時延長了葡萄味道發展的最佳時間。
這樣的氣候環境進而提升了葡萄酒整體的風味。
而從1987年開始，班克羅夫特葡萄園成為了專門釀造梅洛紅葡萄酒的單一園。
酒體結構良好，香氣濃郁且性質獨特，
帶有黑色水果、牛奶巧克力、黑櫻桃、香草、香料及馥郁的甘草等多重風味，
口感柔順卻也豐富，並帶有辛辣的尾韻，難忘且深刻。
可搭配紅肉、白肉、硬質乳酪，以及辛辣或帶有異國風味的食物。
