以日常飲用為主的系列，是屬於豐潤、柔和、易飲， 手工釀造的葡萄酒；適合早期飲用， 但也有一定的陳存潛力。 來自於霍克海灣的葡萄園，土壤類型以礫石、 泥沙與黏質壤土為主， 不同的土質位酒體增添深度、層次、風味。 在封閉式不銹鋼槽中發酵，經過浸泡以萃取色澤與單寧， 完成乳酸發酵後在酒窖中熟成；裝瓶前經過簡單澄清。
集中的黑櫻桃與黑色莓果香氣，
同樣的水果風味在口中與柔和單寧結合；
這是一款成熟且色澤深沉的餐酒，適合在年輕時飲用，
另外有大約3 到5 年的陳年潛力。
適飲溫度：16-18°C。
